Abu Dhabi French Rugby Club (EFR) in partnership with Stade Toulousain, has announced a high-performance rugby camp set to take place at the Abu Dhabi Cricket Stadium on April 11th, 12th, and 13th 2025.

This exceptional event offers a unique opportunity for young rugby enthusiasts, both boys and girls, from the U10 to U18 categories, to enhance their skills under the guidance of professional coaches.

Stade Toulousain, an iconic name in European rugby, is renowned for its excellence and impressive track record. With six European championship titles and over 21 French championship victories, the club is recognised for its top-tier player development. This camp offers a rare chance to learn from the best and benefit from their expertise.

An Intensive Program to Develop Technical and Strategic Skills

The camp is designed to provide an immersive and enriching experience for young players. The goal is to help them perfect their technical, physical, and mental skills in a stimulating and structured environment. Sessions will be led by experienced and certified coaches, offering an intensive program inspired by Stade Toulousain’s training methods.

Camp Schedule

As an indication the camp will be structured as follows:

• Friday, April 11th, 2025

  • Afternoon training session starting at 3:00 PM

• Saturday, April 12th and Sunday, April 13th, 2025

  • Morning sessions: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon sessions: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What’s on the Program?

• Technical Workshops: Passing, kicking, decision-making, and collective gameplay.
• Physical & Mental Training: Strength conditioning, speed, agility, and mental strategies for peak performance.
• Position-Specific Drills: Specialised training for forwards and backs.
• Mini-Matches & Game Situations: Applying newly acquired skills in real match scenarios.

A Key Moment Before the League Finals

This camp will take place just one week before the league finals for all rugby clubs in the United Arab Emirates. It is a golden opportunity for players to fine-tune their game and strengthen their preparation ahead of this crucial event.
