Dubai Warriors Rugby Club History
The Dubai Warriors Rugby Club, founded in 2013, has grown into a tight-knit rugby community thatโs all about family and inclusivity. Starting as a non-profit and volunteer-led club, they quickly became a favorite for mini and youth rugby players across the UAE. Their mission? To give players the best possible rugby experience, both on and off the field.
In 2018, the Warriors took a big step forward, appointing their first Director of Rugby and moving to their current home at Dubai English Speaking College (DESC). By 2022, they welcomed their first Rugby Development Officer, signaling their dedication to expanding their reach and growth within the local rugby scene.
The Warriors celebrated a historic milestone in 2024 when their U19 Girls Rugby Team debuted at the Dubai 7s, clinching the Gulf Cup. That same year, their U13 team also shone, winning the Youth Sports Festival Cup Championship.
